NOT helpful. Just more confusing when dealing with Wells Fargo Advisors paper 1099B. Why does TurboTax refuse to answer the simple question: "WHY can't I import 1099B info from Wells Fargo Advisors?"

Disappointed in this program/service.

I just got off of the phone with a TT customer support person (she actually called me, because I put a neutral happy face on one of the feedback questions - they have to call everyone who does not do a full smiley face or a 7 or less on the final rating - NICE!).

 

She told me that TT and Wells Fargo Advisors are still working on this known issue and there is not a "fix" date yet. Yes, I agree the standard line of "just do it manually is not acceptable". 

 

Yes, they both know about the upload issue (not working) and they are trying to fix it.

 

If you are like me and you want to file your taxes by 2/28 to get the very nice discount ($20 off of Federal and $10 off of State), then you can call them right before you pay for the filing (if you cannot get them filed because of this issue) and get a "voucher" code to still get your discount.
