I am getting the same error! My HSA forms are not available and it won't let me file. Even though on the website it says they are available. Did you ever get any feedback? I've tried to redownload everything and it says it is "up to date".
what version of TT are you using? Il-1040, 8889 (HSA) and schedule C and E are ready.
apparently you're using desktop software. you may need to uninstall, reboot, and then reinstall then update.
