Give the following troubleshooting tips a try: 

1. Try refreshing the page or restarting your browser.

2. Try clearing cache and cookies and then try to access the page again. On the current version of google chrome this would be done by clicking on Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Clear Browsing Data. If you can, try to select a time range of "All Time."
