I see a lot of people are having issues with importing their 1099's from Schwab. today is 2/24, i'm looking at my schwab account and i see the 1099 tax form, but Turbotax keeps saying there's nothing to import. Does T/T read these posts? really need someone from T/T to tell us why this is happening

I agree with you 100% I found exactly what you have found. T/T is not responding. What they had offered to others was pretty useless. T/T needs to provide an update to their software.
I tried to download 1099s from two Schwab accounts today.
1. Login to Schwab: Successful
2. Select two of the four accounts: Successful
3. Download: Successful
3. Confirmation of forms to import: Fail
Account #1
1099Div - Present
1099 Int - Missing
1099B - Missing
Account #2
1099Div - Missing
1099int - Missing
If you received a "Success" message but your data hasn't appeared in TurboTax, it is likely due to recent browser security updates regarding Local Network Access.
To fix this you need to allow TurboTax to securely retrieve your data through your browser settings:
If permissions aren't the issue, one of the following factors may be at play:

My Schwab 1099s were originally sscheduled to drop on 2/27. The PDF appeared on 2/24, but the XML and CSV versions haven't appeared yet. This means Schwab has not yet completed the document process. Give it a few more days and try again. Patience, grasshopper 🙂
When I try the download, today 2/25, after being notified by Schwab forms are available, I get connected and then the connection stops. I get this pop-up and the OK button will not activate. Have restarted both the software and PC multiple times and tried different browsers. Schwab says the problem is on Turbo Tax Intuit's end as they claimed the information was available to download into T/T for over a week. In summary, I cannot get any download and I cannot get notified either.
Yes that is correct. Need to wait for CSV files...Thanks Master Po
I guess the CSV files come only from Schwab. They will not send it individual investors directly nor can you download them from the site. Not sure how to move forward as Schwab says it is a T/T Intuit problem.
you can download the CSV files from schwab. Not all csv files have been published as of 25 Feb. I am told by Schwab they will be ready 27 Feb
That would be great, but, I don't see where in their Tax Center dashboard how it can be done or does it appear as a separate document?
Same issue here.
Seems that Schwab isn't quite ready yet (2/25). I noticed that now TT has 2 Schwab entries. The first one seems to the one to use. When I used it today, all accounts were there, but the data has $00 for each. When Schwab becomes ready, like in a day or two (in spite of the email that the data is now ready to download), I'd try the first entry (if, in fact, both entries exist).
Some have received a message from Charles Schwab saying downloads would be enabled on Feb 27th.
26 Feb Sccreenshot
I can see just today that the files are ready because I now see XML /CSV files in addition to PDFs
THANKS! I do see it and I am able to download! I also got the T/T updates today. I don't know why Schwab is listed twice on the import list of financial institutions in T/T, but, I selected the second one. It appears there was an issue with T/T and an issue with Schwab. Schwab's problem is they communicated days ago all is well on their end, which it was not. Most importantly, as clients we know to wait for the .crv, then it's truly ready.
My issue with T/T is they they never really answered the question about the "OK" button in their software not working and understanding the workflow.
I posted this in another discussion
"Schwab had told me on the phone that it would be available on the 27th. It may be available in pdf but they need to do file format conversions to make it importable.
I saw that mine was available today and successfully imported -DIV, -INT, and -B forms, in addition to the -R that was available a while ago.
Note that typing in "Schwab" for the import will give you two options, or at least it did for me. The second one had the correct forms to import. The first has some placeholder forms with $0.00 amounts. "
