I am using download version of TurboTax Premier. I have been trying to import from etrade for the last two weeks. Etrade can't find anything wrong but each time I tried to import, I get the same message back saying "There isn't any tax related info to import right now."
Can you please help? I am running out of time ...

Please ensure that you are selecting the appropriate approved partner in Turbo Tax. Some names are similar and this can cause discrepancies. For E*Trade, the options are E*Trade Advisor Services, E*Trade Bank and E*Trade Securities. The following FAQ provides further details: What is I can't import my 1099.
I can only see E*Trade Advisor Services and E*Trade Securities. I have tried both, but the first one is clearly wrong as I don't have an account with it, so the login credentials come back invalid. I have paid for Turbotax premier mainly because of the ease of dealing with stock trades. I hope someone can help me please!
I completely understand. E*Trade Bank should also be listed as it is in the approved partner list. In this case, I would suggest contacting our phone support team for one-on-one troubleshooting assistance - contact details can be found here. Although you may not wish to enter the details manually, as a last resort, you can always enter a summary of your transactions in lieu of entering them individually. The steps for doing so can be found here.
Thank you for the reply! I am 100% it's the right provider, but it doesn't work, but is there any place can show the error message like what happened at backend? I have a long list of transactions from Etrade and it's really inconvenient to input them manually, thank you for your help!
To import from E*Trade, type in 'E*Trade' in the entry area for financial institution,
When you see E*trade from Morgan Stanley in the Search results below, double-click on it, and a Sign In page will open.
You may need to go to your account settings at E*trade to allow 'third party access'.
