Can' import from 2 accounts (me and my wife's) from the same bank

My wife and I both have a Vanguard account, and we both have some 1099-B, 1099-Div, etc, from Vanguard.

When filing jointly on TurboTax, after I input my Vanguard credentials, it was able to pull my tax forms. However, I want to import from my wife's account too, but couldn't find how to do it.

To be specific, whenever I click something like "add a 1099-div", then click Vanguard, the same credentials are always re-used and the same info gets pulled.

This may a browser error where is reusing the cookie stored for your transaction and being used when you try to pull your wife's information.

Use the Chrome browser and clear browsing data for all time before signing into TurboTax.  Then try to complete the download for your wife.

If you are still unable to download it properly, then you do have the option of entering only summaries, instead of transactions.

Here are some directions to do that:  Enter Summaries in Lieu of transactions

It didn't work. Do you know for sure that this is supposed to be supported?

Please review the following link for possible workarounds as it relates handling multiple accounts with one broker.
