Thank you very much for the advice! Actually I have another question. I didn't pay for my health insurance after I left the country on March 21st, 2024. Is there any way that I can waive the tax penalty for the period from April to December? I'm thinking to check 'Resident of foreign country or U.S. territory' under "Wasn't required to get insurance" but I'm not sure if that's the right answer...
