Can I e-file California tax return?

Can I e-file California tax return for C Corporation when I use TurboTax Business?

When I tried to e-file this tax return I received the following message:

"The following return is ineligible for e-filing; file any amended returns by mail."

I don't know what does it mean. Maybe the only way to file California tax return is by mail? Or TurboTax don't support any Form required?
