Can I downgrade the turbo tax edition after filed? I just filed my tax return, but receipt shows I'm using the self-employed edition. But I was using the deluxe edition.

I never choose to use the self-employed edition, I was using the deluxe edition all along. Wondering how does it end up charging me with the more expensive service that I never needed. I should have double check before paying the money to turbo tax.

You must contact TurboTax support directly for billing issues. Use the word billing when setting up a call back.

TurboTax is open weekdays from 5 AM to 5 PM Pacific time.
