Yes, but unless you are self-employed only as an itemized deduction (which very few people can take anymore because the default standard deduction is so high). And even then you can only deduct amounts over 7.5 of your adjusted gross income.
If you are self-employed you should be able to deduct it full (up to your business profit) on the Schedule 1, line 16. If this applies and it doesn't happen ask again and we'll figure out how to get it there.
You cannot deduction any part that is reimbursed or paid by an employer or similar. That includes the ACA subsidies. Be sure that is entered somewhere (Form 8962).
TT will automatically pick that information up when you enter your 1095-A.
