I keep trying to open the tax file once it is downloaded word says its corrupted

Can anyone else not open their Tax file ?

This happens from time to time when trying to transfer a tax file from the previous year in TurboTax Online.

See the TurboTax Help article Error: The selected file is NOT a previous year tax file or it is corrupted for guidance.
