California efile rejected with no error code

I filed my federal return using 2022 Desktop Premier version.  The federal return was accepted.  The California return was rejected and the email "What happened" section was not populated and there is no error code.  Also TurboTax shows a customer support message with no content.  There are no errors on any forms.  Anybody have any experience with this problem?

Yes, I've had same problem with both Iowa (non-resident e-file) and Missouri e-file.  Fed return was accepted but both states rejected with no error code and empty message/directions from TurboTax Premier on what to fix.  Re-ran TurboTax review multiple times -- no error shown and also checked the forms for error indications (red exclamation points) -- nothing!  On my 3rd e-file re-submittal attempt.  Wondering if some states are not accepting e-filing yet or is there a missing TurboTax software update to fix the problem?  I've also re-checked multiple times to make sure I've got the latest update -- all up-to-date.
