Yes, I've had same problem with both Iowa (non-resident e-file) and Missouri e-file. Fed return was accepted but both states rejected with no error code and empty message/directions from TurboTax Premier on what to fix. Re-ran TurboTax review multiple times -- no error shown and also checked the forms for error indications (red exclamation points) -- nothing! On my 3rd e-file re-submittal attempt. Wondering if some states are not accepting e-filing yet or is there a missing TurboTax software update to fix the problem? I've also re-checked multiple times to make sure I've got the latest update -- all up-to-date.
