When entering your Form 1099-INT in TurboTax Business, you will enter your Treasury Bond Premiums from Box 12 on the screen entitled "U.S. Obligation Interest Income".

You can get back to your screens to enter your Form 1099-INT as follows:

  1. Enter "Form 1099-Int" in the search box and then
  2. select "Jump to 1099-int"
  3. This takes you to a screen "Enter Taxable Income", if you have any income from a bank or bonds, enter here
  4. Select "Continue"
  5. This takes you to screen "U.S. Obligation Interest Income"
  6. You can enter your Box 12 amount here.
  7. Select "Continue"
  8. Continue through your screens and follow-up questions

The procedures you described in entering bond premium in TT business is incorrect.

There is no box to check for more info on my form. There is only a check box that says i have info in box 11, if you check that and then continue it will take you to another page which has box 11 nor box 12 and box 11 is for bond premium.

In TurboTax Business, enter the amount from Form 1099-INT Box 12 on the page "U.S. Obligation Interest Income" in the box for "Interest from US Obligations."
