billing issue

I have federal and IL state tax returns completed. Unable to file because of error message. See below

billing issue

This sounds like a connectivity issue.  Here's How to Turn Off Anti-Virus Programs.

 

Also, if you're using TurboTax Online, clear your Cache and Cookies and retry.
