That is a Windows installer error. Contact Support.

I have contacted Turbo Tax twice with no resolve.    Have done all I can to verify Windows 10 and make sure 10 is up to date and correct.     NOT sure how to proceed unless I make a save start........ to download again.    I did also receive a disk for uploading to my laptop but same problem occurs.
