An extra "untitled" line showing up in school district taxes with a warning that says "0 is not a valid School District Number"

Same thing happened to me. Any idea how to proceed?

There's a section for forms/document - not the area that you upload documents to, but one where all the individual information you enter gets put into the correct tax documents - where you can delete extra forms. Apparently every time you enter information it gets saved in a "form". So if you enter it, save the page, go back and re-enter it, you now have 2 forms for the same thing in that area. Poor programming.
