IF I ask Turbo Tax for help in amending my tax (which I thought was Turbo tax fault) how much will it cost me?

I am amending my 2020 return because after the final review and after the 1040-SR was sent, I notice a different number showing for Interest. I spoke to a Turbo Tax representative and was told that I have to wait after IRS accepted/rejected and after March 26, 2021. I reviewed the copy provided and noticed that I put the right number($475), yet the final number was different($1220).

I have been is touch(3) with some Turbo-tax representative, and it always end with losing the connection.???

Will it cost me to amend with Turbo-tax when it was never my fault??
