Since the current 1099- nec form I downloaded from the Amazon website states I cannot use it for tax purposes, what am I to use?

also once I do file, what form do I use?

According to the IRS the 1099-NEC replaces 1099-MISC and is an official tax document stating how much your employer paid you, and should be used to file your tax return. Please check with your employer for their official document for filing your taxes.
