Am having trouble importing my 1099 form from p.n.c. bank. when I type in p.n.c. bank, either p.n.c. wealth management or p.n.c. Investments pops up. Is this my problem?

Is it for interest and/or dividends?  Don't enter the bank name and don't try to import it.  It is just as fast and easy to manually enter it.  At the bottom pick Change How I enter my Form

Then on the next screen pick I'll Type it in Myself
