Just prior to e-filing, turbotax asks for last years AGI for me. I typed in that amount. Then it asked for my wife's AGI next. Why ask me for hers? I filed jointly last year with her and this year as well. We only have one AGI on last years return. I'm assuming I enter both numbers the same way, but the fact it asked me twice throws me off. BTW, the first question did ask if I filed jointly last year. I'm looking for a logical confirmation on my thinking and appreciate any insight.

Enter the same number for each question.
Your 2019 AGI = your wife's 2019 AGI = the AGI reported on your 2019 joint return.
Thank you VERY much for the direction. I just couldn't figure out why the program would ask me twice, once for me and once for my wife.. It's just one agi number from last year thus it threw me off and made me think I was using the wrong number. I just typed in the agi from last year twice and hope that was the intention
