Enter Manually if the upload feature is giving you trouble. Some forms aren't available for import. Here's some links that talk about how to enter forms manually, as well as what forms aren't available for importing:

I received a 1099-B with only 1a, 1c, 1d are populated, and box 5 is checked, I am not able to upload that file and and manually fill the form, it is missing the date.
