403b Special Catch Up Error (known issue)

My 403b allows a special catch up of $3000 in addition to the standard withholding ($19,500) and the over 50 catch up ($6,500) for a total of $29,000).  TurboTax does not recognize this (only recognizes the $19,500 and $6,500) and gives an error message saying I have over-contributed by $3000.  How can this be fixed so I can e-file?  I see in other threads that this has been an issue for the past two years.

Any ideas on when the 15 year catch up provision will be fixed?

Looks like never is the answer to that question.  :(  Pretty sad.
