2019 tax return

2019 tax return rejected. One of my wife's employers sent us a W2 receipt instead of the W2 form. The employers CPA stated that the employer didn't need to do a W2 receipt because of the small amount my wife earned. How do I input the W2 receipt into the free turbotax 1040 form? (this is Washington State.)
