1099-INT Entries Getting Deleted After Adding New One

I'm adding 1099-INT forms in TurboTax Online Premium. I've entered about 15 forms successfully. However, when I add the 16th one, the previous (15th) form disappears, and the total number of forms stays at 15.

 

I've already tried logging out and back in, refreshing the page, and even using a different browser, but the problem still persists.

 

Has anyone experienced this issue or know how to fix it?

I wasn't able to see the same limitation, can input more than 15 1099-INTs.

 

If the problem persists and you have multiple accounts with the same payer (CDs etc) you can consolidate into a single 1099-INT entry with the total for that payer.

Thank you for your help! I actually have far more than 15 forms. The bug seems to trigger when I have around 15 banks or brokerages, each with 5–6 forms and when I need to manually enter a form. So roughly 50 to 60 forms total. For now, I've consolidated each institution into a single entry. Hopefully TurboTax fixes this issue soon.

It seems that combining forms at each bank is not enough. the whole bank 1099int was removed after I entered another bank. I called turbotax support and showed her the issue on screen. it seems that she has some protocols to address this issue, which means this issue seems to be known. however, none of the solution works. hopefully, someone from turbotax tech team can take a look at this issue and resolve it soon! thank you!

I called turbotax support 3 times today and spent more than 3 hours. None of the agents can help and all of them just hung me up!!! They really need to improve their products and their customer service.
