How to clear your cache
How to delete cookies
Deleting Cache / Cookies for 'all time' had no impact.
After clearing cache / cookies, I instructed TT to 'Add Investments'. I selected Merrill from the dropdown and clicked continue. The browser opened, I entered my credentials, it did it's thing, I got the message: Success! We got your tax data. You can now return to TurboTax.
I returned to TT and clicked 'Back'. Note: This is not very intuitive! If I click Continue it takes me through the import process again! Skip Import takes me to a blank form!
But clicking 'Back' shows what I have imported, and I have no 'Merrill' data!
I had the same problem the first time I tried...success but Nothing actually imported...
You had to accept a pop-up to let Intuit have access to your devices.

Solved: Re: vanguard brokerage update is available from Vanguard but not on turbo tax
The suggestion on the link provided for setting "Sites can ask to connect to any device on your local network" to Allow worked!
I don't know why TT thinks it needs access to my entire network to take this action, but allowing it made the import work!
