I'm getting contradictory information regarding those of us who have 0.00 in columns B and C on our 1095-A because we paid a full premium for 2025 and received no tax credits. Turbo Tax will not allow 0 in column B nor will it allow me to leave it blank. I have read contradictory information stating, on one hand, an IRS form 8962 isn't required in our case, yet I've also read we still absolutely must find the SLCSP and enter that in column B. Turbo Tax won't allow me to continue and file without providing something for column B. The 2025 tax tool on Healthcare. gov is not active yet and a Marketplace representative suggested I ask a tax expert. Anyone have expereince with this? Anyone?

The tool on Healthcare.gov has become active since you posted your question. Column B of Form 1095-A asks you to enter the second lowest cost Silver plan (SLCSP) premium amounts. To find the second lowest cost Silver plan premium amounts for you, use this tool at Healthcare.gov. The software won't accept zeroes in Column B.
For more information on Form 1095-A, please see this TurboTax tips article and this help article.
