Questions about active funds

I have an active fund with net worth growth this year. But it did not pay any dividends this year. Do I still need to pay taxes for it?

Questions about active funds

You only owe taxes on realized earnings.  So if there was growth but no interest, dividends or sales during 2020 you wouldn't have anything to report because the growth wasn't realized.  Look to the yearend statement, there should be a consolidated 1099 that tells you what if any reportable transactions there are for the year.
