Hello so my husband is in an immigration process and we just got married so he doesn’t have an iten or ssn and my question is how do I add him on my tax return if he doesn’t pay taxes?

(a) Are  you and your husband living in the US or are you abroad ( and if so which country, please )?

(b) What do you mean immigration process -- getting a K-visa or   for GreenCard ?
