The W-2 Forms do NOT go on your tax return. If she files a tax return then she would report the W-2 Forms on her tax return. If she files a tax return, this does NOT prevent you from claiming her as a dependent. However, she needs to make sure that she indicates on her tax return, that she can be claimed as a dependent.

For the 1098T Form, sometimes this form can be accessed and printed through the school's website. You can also contact the school to get a copy of the form.
