Question about app vs online website?

I tried filing with the app so I can get the 0 dollar free filing.

It got rejected because  I forgot to add my 1095 A. When I try to correct this it directs me to the website. I'm getting a bigger refund (roughly an extra $200) thanks to adding my 1095 A. But the bigger refund isn't showing on the app.

I've tried logging out of the app a few tines to try and like, sync the 2 together  so I can get the bigger refund and the $0 filing. Is there a way to achieve  this?

Yes, TurboTax Online and Mobile are designed to sync with each other.  

Try turning the device that you're using for the mobile app on and off, then log back in.
