Purchased TURBOTAX DESKTOP HOME AND BUSINESS AMEND WIN DOWNLOAD TAX YEAR 2021 but won't give the option to download. I have a license code as well. How do I download?

I've followed the steps of downloading my .tax file, I hit CONTINUE, it walks me through purchasing the download but then it just shows up on my purchases/products with no actual download option.  When I put in the license code it says not supported on Windows however it allowed me to purchase the WIN option.

There was an issue with this a few days ago, so you should try again.

This is still an issue ... may not be corrected until early December.  Contact support for a forced download if it can be done.
