When I purchased the Premier version from Amazon it indicated the following: Includes 5 free federal e-files and one download of a TurboTax state product ($44.99 value) state e-file sold separately. I had to create an account with Turbotax and it required I pay $44.99 before I could receive the state download. Should a refund be in order?
To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

I purchased my Premier edition from Costco. This program is not allowing me to return and complete my taxes. I have been on this computer for 4.5 hours today and not once have I been able to continue my task.
If this is any indication of how your program works I do not want to ever use this program again.
I have seeked out help which has required me to change and start over again and again but to no avail.
I want my money back.
Same I bought Premier from amazon but didn't know they add a $25 eFile fee and another $45 premium fee so the total of the premier, eFile, and Premium all is $130 together. Can't find anything to help either.
