If you ended up getting all the way thru paying for Online then that is generally not refundable, see article below (and if you need to dispute anything no one here can solve billing issues - call Turbotax and say "billing" as reason for the call).
Online only allows 1 return per account, you have to set up additional accounts (up to 5 per email address I think) to prepare and file other returns using Online - and pay for those separately, unless they qualify for free edition. Desktop does not have this limit on returns you can prepare (with up to 5 e-files).
