Purchased from Amazon and activation code not working

I purchased the Deluxe Fed and State from Amazon and my activation code is not working.

Amazon sells licenses for both desktop TurboTax and Online TurboTax.    If you bought a desktop license for Deluxe Fed + State, are you installing as in this FAQ?   Be sure that you don't try to activate it at the Online TurboTax license activation site.

You will need to contact Amazon since that's where your purchased your software.
