Purchase state refund

Hello, I was unable to remove an excess state (MD) from my state taxes. I only wanted PA, which I eventually was able to achieve. However, I was charged TWICE for two states (MD&PA) for a total of $79.96 and again for my PA only at $19.99. How can I get these erroneous purchases refunded to me? This means I somehow am being charged for 5 states, when I only want ONE!  Thank you for any help you might provide
