I entered the property tax I paid in 2019 but my refund did not change! I entered another amount (just to check if the number changes), but the refund amount did not change! Anyone can help? Thanks.

If you are entering property tax for your personal residence and your refund is not changing as you change the numbers, then most likely you are using the standard deduction because your itemized deductions have not reached the threshold to exceed the standard deduction.
