Property Tax Mobile Homes

I live in mobile home community in what is called a manufactured home. Should my property tax be indicated under Personal Property Tax for mobile homes or under Property (Real Estate) Taxes?

Currently as I'm filling out my tax return I have it listed under Property (Real Estate) Taxes. Also, are there other things I should know about regarding mobile homes for this year and next year's taxes. This is my first time doing all of this on my own.

Property Tax Mobile Homes

A manufactured home must be listed as real property if it satisfies the criteria included:

a. It is a residential structure;
b. It has the moving hitch, wheels, and axles removed

If your manufactured house, meets these qualifications, you are correct in entering the tax under real estate tax.

If you use your manufactured home as your primary residence, the mortgage interest can be deductible and you residence can qualify for energy credits.
