I got an email saying my order was being processed. I didn’t know I had an order and I tried searching for one and couldn’t find one. Why would I get this email

    Do I have a TurboTax Advantage subscription?

    If you have an Advantage subscription your order is processed each tax year to send the software you requested

     

    Here's how to quickly find out – sign in to TurboTax Advantage. If you see Sign up now, you don't have a subscription under that login.

    However, some customers have multiple TurboTax accounts. If you're one of them, you could be subscribed under a different account. To find all your accounts, use our Account Recovery tool and then sign in to TurboTax Advantage with each login.

    Are you on the Advantage Plan where you automatically get it each year?
