Product charge

I am trying to finish my taxes but I am being charged for the higher end product, which I do not need and your system will not allow me to change it to the right one.  How do I fix that.

The only way to downgrade to a lower product version is to clear and start over.   See link for instructions.   If you have income that requires a higher version, you will be prompted to upgrade.   Do you know what tax form or income source caused the upgrade?   I don't want you to clear and start over, enter everything again, and end up in the same situation.....
