Problems with submitting efile

I keep getting stuck at efile

Error says 

According to our records

You are not allowed to transmit one or more sets

I was on live help with 2 different people and could not over ride this error. I have used turbo tax for about 10 years and never had this trouble. I need someone to correct this . Why am I being denied to efile.

Change what ever we need to so I can efile

This error usually comes up when not all forms are ready for Efile (state, maybe?).

If you believe this doesn't apply in your case, try a Manual Update.
