Problems opening TT 2023 while TT 2024 is running.

Using Home and Business 2024, transferred 2023 over but none of the amounts came over with it. Just names and birthdays, social security numbers. Frustrated I tried to just open 2023 same program same windows laptop, I get an error message 70001, cant both programs be open at the same time?? This has never been a problem in the past.

the error message above the code indicates you are using different accounts for 2023 and 2024. Evidently, you must use the same account for both years. for further assistance contact support.
