Using Home and Business 2024, transferred 2023 over but none of the amounts came over with it. Just names and birthdays, social security numbers. Frustrated I tried to just open 2023 same program same windows laptop, I get an error message 70001, cant both programs be open at the same time?? This has never been a problem in the past.
