Problems entering 1099-R for (NYS & Local Retirement Systems)

Problems entering 1099-R for (NYS & Local Retirement Systems), We both receive 1099-R from NYS.  My income transfers to my spouses and her income transfers to my Income. Software will not calculate both incomes (Only 1 income is calculated).

In order to complete my Taxes, I entered her Income under (NYS & Local Retirement Systems) and entered MY information under (NYS Retirement System). I am hesitant to e-file for fear of getting a rejection that will exacerbate the issue.
