Problem with 1099 import from Etrade. Will not work!

vbharry, I am interested in using investotek, but since its etrade that i have, they said to send them the file and they would fix all the entries, can you tell me whats involved if you can,thx

I was told 2 weeks ago that Turbo tax is correcting the import issue from Etrade with under 2000 trades.

I have called many times. #[social security number removed] is my case number. Do you have any updates?

I have not heard from Turbo tax on how they are going to resolve the issue of importing over 2,000 trades from etrade ,but thanks for staying in touch. I wish Turbo tax would just come out and say they are going to fix this problem or not so I can go somewhere else to get my taxes done. I have used Turbo tax for many years and never had a problem ,but this year I am very dissapointed with them. thanks jayc
