I completed the MacOS TurboTax Deluxe review with no errors. eFiled my federal return successfully. Attempted to print the GA state return for mailing and received a dialog with the following statements:
"Your Georgia Return contains non-final forms, which are currently not available. However, you can still save or print Federal and State Returns containing final forms." and the link
"Notify me when my forms are ready".
The desktop application does not identify any non-final GA state forms. If I select the "Notify..." link, my browser will open the Intuit Sign up for email notification page. This page has no incomplate forms listed. if I enter my email address and select sign up, I receive the following:
"Unable to load messageid No forms or products have been specified. Please close the window and try again. for en_US"
"Thank You
To ensure the receipt of your email, please add [email address removed] to your contacts or email address book.
To go back to your tax return, close this window or browser tab."
I have not seen this issue identified anywhere and am unable to make any progress.
I need this corrected so I can submit my GA state return. If there is no solution how do I get a support ID number to try calling Intuit directly for support?
