Previous year's 1099-K amounts do not show in current turbotax version.

I always transfer the previous year's return to the current year and it helps me remember all the different sections I fill out for my business. Even though last year's return has two 1099-K entries, the 2024 software has a column for 2023 1099-k income and it's showing $0.

I launched TT2023 and it shows the correct value for 2023 so there's a number there that could/should have been transferred.

Anyone see the same thing?

Make sure you are logged in using the same credentials you used when preparing your 2023 tax return.  Please see this link to verify any accounts you may have under your information.

Once you confirm that you are using the same account, follow these instructions to import your data from 2023 if it is not already carried forward.

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, please see this link for guidance to ensure you are transferring the information from 2023 into your 2024 program using the correct steps.
