Possibly. TurboTax Federal Free Edition does not cover a 1099-MISC, so you would need to pay and upgrade to Deluxe unless you qualify for the Freedom Edition, which is free and covers 1099-MISC. You'll need to meet at least one of these requirements:

How much of the deluxe version? Are these the only exceptions? I'll be self employed and get a 1099 but I dont think I'll make that much.
