Pop up window to pay efile by credit card is too big and I cant hit the submit button

Shrink it!  I wasted over an hour of my life trying to figure this out.  No, you do not have to buy a new driver.  All you have to do is find the settings on your computer wherever they are and shrink the type.  Finally worked.  Even called customer service and opted to have them call me back 45 minutes later.  Got called by a computer telling me I'd be recorded and then listened to dead air.

Where do I find the settings on the computer to shrink type?  I have been able to shrink the size by %, but does not work for this specific pop up window.

If you are not able to adjust your screen settings, you can have your fees deducted from your Federal refund.

Intuit needs to fix this!!! Couldn't pay for state filing 2020 and again yesterday in 2021. Can't get past the confirm name and address page because it is too big.. 

Called support number shown and gave technician the info (a code) I was told to give to get a payment confirmation code to continue my filing. Neither tech knew what I was talking about! Both said they couldn't do it and had never heard of this problem! Great tech yesterday. Gave her control of my laptop and we worked for an hour trying to get past that big page. No luck..had to give up and mail my state return. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS INTUIT! MAKE THE PAGE SMALL ENOUGH TO CONTINUE PAST!!

This problem persists! First year trying turbo on a laptop. My solution, click the tab button 4 times on the address screen and then hit return, and about 5 times on the buying screen and hit return. Trial and error. If you guess wrong, you get a webpage about Intuit security etc. Just go back and try again. Intuit - why is it not possible to shrink the size of this screen, or even move it around?

This suggestion - which is to click the tab button as instructed below - works.

But Turbo tax really needs to fix this.  It is ridiculous!  Waste of time.  Considering ho wmuch it costs to use Turbotax.  May not return to it next year.
