Poor instructions

This is the worst year for turbo tax software. You can't find any good instructions on the website and they have so many different answers that don't work. Last year it stated what my estimated tax should be including a voucher with the dates they were due. I can't e-file my taxes because I used a form that is not supported (I wasn't aware this form needed to be filed with my taxes or I would have used another software) so I had to print out 22 pages to be able to file it by mail. I was assessed a penalty for early distribution withdrawal and I am 79 years old; my date of birth is in turbo tax and it should know I would never have a penalty. It took a turbo tax helper and me 2 hours to find the solution with both of us searching for answers; she was using the IRS website and I was googling it on line.
